About the Inn
Nestled on the Cotley estate, on the side of a hill at the foot of the Blackdown hills, you’ll find the Cotley Inn buried among some of the best views around.
Our relaxed pub is the perfect place for long lunches, sumptuous suppers and proper beers. Find a sunny corner on our south west facing terrace and relax with a G&T, or put your feet up next to the fire after a long walk in the woods.
Whatever the season, our award-winning food will ensure no one goes hungry. Treat yourself to a lavish three course meal or enjoy some proper pub favourites.

Surrounded by rolling hills, miles of unspoilt rural landscape and a scattering of chocolate box villages, we think it’s everything a proper country pub should be.
Tucked away down a peaceful country lane, the only noise you’ll hear is the sound of the clip-clopping of horses hooves or the animals in a nearby field.
With several generous lawns and a lavender-edged terrace, you’ll be spoilt for choice of where to enjoy the surrounding scenery from. And if you close your eyes tightly and tap your heels together, you could be in Provence.

Our grade II listed former stables have been tastefully transformed to 4 ensuite bed and breakfast rooms, each complete with their own unique style and quirky original features.
Enjoy cosy interiors boasting complimentary WIFI, smart TVs and locally made toiletries.
